Sessions:
Lead The Change
PMI PDU Eligible
In an increasingly complex environment, mergers, acquisitions and new strategies force companies and organizations to change and adapt with ever increasing complexity and agility. If these strategies are not implemented correctly, serious consequences not only to the organization, as well as individuals may occur that directly or indirectly negate any positive gains first envisioned by the change.
This session will look at several examples of organizations in the midst of addressing these issues and challenges, and identify an effective approach of how to implement change with the greatest opportunity for success. It may not be a matter of proving out the necessary strategy or change with analysis or data - it can be much simpler, yet deeper than what you may think. Attendees will come away with an understanding of how to implement change as a process and with examples shared from real life.
