Express Enterprise Architecture

PMI PDU Eligible

For many organizations, enterprise architecture has morphed from a simple business and IT alignment concept into a broad, arduous endeavor that makes it difficult to realize both short and long-term business value.

Express Enterprise Architecture is a contemporary approach to model-based business management that seeks to mitigate the risks associated with traditional enterprise architecture initiatives. It is an agile and cost-effective alternative methodology and set of artifacts based on years of real-world enterprise architecture program experience. It is focused on continuously linking architecture activities with value metrics thus enabling CIOs to better manage their IT organizations as a business.
